Rubber Bellow Description
The rubber bellows are a very important component of automobiles, especially steering system of cars. Designed to keep dirt and debris out of the steering rack, rubber bellow is a cylindrical vessel that comes in a large variety of sizes, shapes, construction and elastomer coated fabrics/ rubbers to suit diverse application requirements of vehicles. Due to different annular convolutions, bellows are easily extensible & compressible and are appreciated for providing excellent cushioning effect. These are used to protect, cover and enhance the service life of various machine parts such as lead screws, spindles, shafts, guide ways, pistons, cylinders, and more from dust & other foreign particles.
Rubber bellows are Round and cylindrical in shape. They are very flexible and durable. Due to annular convolutions they are compressible and extensible. They can be made available in any shape as per client’s requirement. Rubber Bellows are normally used as covers on parts which needs protection from dust.These Bellows are of flexible types and have a good cushioning properties.
